Fact: in 1990's up to early 2000's, tourist are allowed to touch and have a picture with this cute creatures.

Now, you are not allowed to touch them and you have to be quiet when you visit them, because this creatures are nocturnal, and when they got stressed, they bang/hit their heads against the branches of the trees or any solid objects and they die, :(, because they have very thin skulls.

2nd Stop ATV experience in Chocolate Hills, Bohol

2nd Stop: ATV experience in Chocolate Hills

We took 30 minutes ATV experience to drive along the chocolate hills and to have a closer look of the iconic hills.

They also have 1 Hour and 2 Hours packages, there's a lot of ATV rentals near the area of Chocolate hills, they have 30 minutes ATV package which is P450 ,1 hour package which is P750 pesos, they also have 2 hours. All of the packages will include a guide that will guide to have a closer look of the chocolate hills.

This was my second time ATV experience, and oh boy! its not that easy. This is my first time to do it in muddy and roughed road. The ATV  in Boracay is easier than the ATV in Bohol. My boyfriend said that the ATV in Bohol is maybe designed for roughed road that is why its very challenging to maneuver.

I will not forget this ATV experience in Bohol because I almost died! Haha! I was like having the time of my life driving the muddy and roughed terrain, when we're about to go back to the main road, I don't know what happened really, maybe I lost focus and concentration.. or maybe I was so in the zone of driving this ATV.. when I'm about to do left turn to the main road going back to the ATV rentals, suddenly I lost control of the vehicle and went very fast on a zigzag motion , I almost hit our tour guide, and maybe because of panic attack , i let go of the steering wheel of the motorbike, and then luckily it stopped, and I'm safe and I was able to continue to drive the ATV to the ATV rental shop. I therefore conclude that when I did the left turn going to the main road, I was like pushing the accelerator so hard that why it went so fast. Lesson learned! make sure if ever I will do critical left turn or right turn... I will be cautious of what I am doing on the steering wheel of a motorbike. You know what's so ironic, I was like so good when I did the left turn when our guide instructed us when we were on the roughed terrain, and I was like teasing my boyfriend because he was not able to do it. (Karma is so digital! hahaha)

Let me share out trip details, in a very short and sweet manner!

Day 1 - December 1 , 2014

First Stop: Man Made Forest (picture above)

Very refreshing view,  this reminds me of Twilight the movie, I was like imagining Jacob and the pact of werewolves running through the forest.

Bohol Escapade

Fact: Bohol is the 10th largest island in the Philippines.
The Iconic Chocolate Hills of Bohol Island

I visited Bohol Island last week from December 1 -4, 2014, it was an exciting trip, as we dont know if its going to be cancelled or delayed as during this time Bohol was hit by "Typhoon Queenie" and and there is low pressure area that was on the news (and now its known as "Super Typhoon Ruby".

I was with my boyfriend in this Bohol trip and he organize our hotel and tour for the entire trip, he found this tour from pinoyexchange.com and the most recommended tour for Bohol is Naldix Bohol Tour.

We arrived at Tagbiliran Airport at 8:45AM of December 1 (its my birthday) and it was warm and sunny!

It was really cool as our tour guide/driver, his name is "Kuya Juvie" was waiting for us at the arrival area with the signage of "Welcome Guts". We approached him with all smile and a gray Toyota Vios was waiting for us. This car is our "tour car" for the entire trip.
